At Sound Design, we're continuously refining our skills and knowledge. Our licensed contractors and technicians do all the usual stuff to keep up with the industry's lightening-speed change. We attend the major home electronics conventions. We read industry newspapers and magazines: Home Theatre, Home Site & Sound, Electronic Home, to name a few—just what you'd expect from any good audio-video contractor.

But the real work begins when you contact us. That's when we sit down to listen to you. Our job is to understand your needs, desires and concerns. Then we craft our answers, and a system that's ideal for you, your family and your home aesthetic.

Setting up a home theatre system involves more than just dropping the speakers in the corner and connecting the boxes—a lot more.

There's nothing "out-of-the-box" about Sound Design. Sure, we love the gear side of what we do. But we're just as committed to quality finishing work as we are to quality sound and picture. We pay exceptional attention to detail. We know we've done a great installation job when no one notices our work.

When Sound Design finishes a job, we don't just hand you the remote control and an invoice. We walk you through every aspect of your system. We show you how to take full advantage of your system, like being able to pre-load your DVDs and CDs, pre-set your lighting zones or find the optimal volume setting for your home theatre system.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
When you need service and support, Sound Design is there to help. We have the knowledge and experience to address your needs. When you call or email us, we'll be online, on the phone or onsite to fix the problem as soon as humanly possible.

Sound Design keeps in touch with clients through email and direct mail (with your permission, of course). We regularly update you on new products that can improve the quality and functionality of your system.
